Our villa is based close to Metro line 5, Zhuan Qiao Station. It has been renovated and refurnished recently. It provides excellent access to the city through Metro line 5 leading onto Metro line 1 and a number of bus lines running directly to Xuixiahui and Xinzhuang – ideal for those of you who work in Minhang or close to Xinzhuang. There is also a shuttle bus service that runs directly from the compound to Xinzhuang and Lianhua Rd. The compound lies also close to several industrial parks: Xinzhuang Industrial Park, Zizhu Science and Technology Industrial Park, etc.We have two rooms available: 1) A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ensuite office, balcony and storage room (from RMB 2000). 2) A smaller room which includes a desk and a bed (from RMB 800).
