Huge 1br master bedroom with attached bath in a 3 be apartment located at 429 west side drive Gaithersburg MD. Apartment is on individual lease terms and the rent is $699 plus utilities which run around $50 a month. Apartment is semi furnished with couches and tv but no bed. Plenty of storage with a walk in closet in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Two roommates are there right now and are very laid back. They work so they are gone for most of the time during the day. There is a $150 security deposit but I will take care of that for you.
