PRIVATE ROOM on ONGOING MONTHLY BASIS Can sign 11 month 29 day contract so please give me your best monthly rate for min 1 year.The room MUST be in an area which has no noise not on main road, high floor but not top floor, with double bed, AC, balcony, cupboard, study desk & chair and attached bathroom with shower. i am ready to move by 5th Feb or soon thereafter.I am vegetarian Jain and work as a freelancer online and will pay for my own prepaid broadband connection just for my use.I will not have any friends visit.
