I have a double room available in a very neat and clean four bed room semi detached house. The accommodation is just off Chingford high road and well linked to all transport facilities and shopping areas. Walthamstow central underground (Zone 3) station is about 10-15 mins by bus and Chingford National rail station( Zone 5) which connects to Liverpool Street station is about 5- 10 mins by bus. The room is located in a very quiet environment. The rent includes internet, council tax, electricity and Gas bills. The room is fully furnished with bed, very comfortable mattress, chest of drawer and a three door cupboard with long mirror. The house is well equipped with all facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, oven/gas cooker and microwave. There is a large garden at the rear of the house. At present there are professionals living in the accommodation. The room falls in zone 5 but only zone 1-3 travel card is required as the accommodation is well linked to zone 3 station which is Walthamstow central ( on Victoria line ) and then it’s a ten min bus journey to the property. I want one person for this double room and I would either prefer a single professional or a student. The rent for the room is 125 pounds per week. Food (dinner) can be provided on request with an additional charge of 35 pounds a week.
We are not like typical land lords; we treat our tenants in a very friendly manner and make them feel at home. The tenant should be neat and clean. Two weeks deposit paid in advance.
