Hi, we’re Indian professionals in our early 30s looking for a housemate for a large Double room.
*The location is a very easy commute to central London: 7 minutes walk to Newbury Park Tube Station, 25mins straight into Liverpool Street. Alternatively our place is a 10 minute walk from Seven Kings Station. To check journey times you can use website tfl. gov. uk.
Local shopping: There are Indian grocery stores within walking distance of the house (very convenient!).
The Room is very clean, recently refurbished, well-lit and suitable for single occupancy. It comes with above-average storage space, a study desk & chair and a double bed with a good quality mattress with a side table.
The Rent is All INCLUSIVE which covers: SKY TV, gas central heating, electricity, water rates, council Tax, WiFi Broadband, cleaning products. It’s £125 per week for single occupancy. 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance.
We're hoping to find a laid-back (relaxed) person who appreciates a peaceful, stable environment including some pleasant conversation every now and then. Our house-share would suit a professional or mature student (non-smoker). Also we're looking for someone who is happy to be vegetarian whilst at home.
This house has a large vegetarian kitchen (you'll have enough work tops and storage space for your food stuff). There are only 3 of us at the moment and you shall be the 4th.
As a plus point our place has 2 toilets in total, 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, a microwave and a nice lawn garden.
There is a clean and modern spacious lounge / TV room, a Dining room which is open plan with a Six-person dining table, Gas Central heating, Patio Doors, and a Private Garden.

We keep normal hours and are looking for a reliable and friendly housemate who has a mature outlook, is tidy and who pays the rent on time. In return we offer a peaceful, friendly and spacious living environment. After a hard day at work you’ll be able to relax and feel comfortable here.
