For those looking for accommodation in Tottenham (N15 4JR) to share with a nice, quiet and easy going middle-aged couple...We have a fully furnished multi-storey 2 bedroom with shared bathroom apartment/house offering an abundance of light and warmth with a large kitchen and living area as well as its own parking spot if needed. With bakeries, fresh fruit, grocery shops open till late just around the corner and bus stops with transport running all night only a 30 second walk from the front door (bus 230, 340...), this place covers all bases. Every room welcomes bright and vibrant light and the views from the second and third floor of this two-floor apartment are of gardens and trees. The bedroom is also quiet and away from the street.My cousin and her husband (early 40’s) reside in the other room of this two bedroom apartment/house and their preference is for someone who is easy going and friendly. They have moved in over 12 months ago and have completely re-furnished and re-furbished the place and are now looking for an individual or couple to share the home. They are very humble and kind and are very easy going.The nearest underground station is Seven Sisters (Victoria Line - Zone 3) and is only a bus ride away or a 12-minute walk. The alternative is to take the 10-minute bus from outside the front door directly to Tottenham Hale Station which runs the Victoria and National Rail lines as well as the Stansted Express direct to Stansted Airport within 35 minutes.Students, professionals and all are welcome to view the property and move in ASAP. Couples rental price will be higher by £120. This house is more than spacious to hold 2 couples comfortably but if you are looking for just yourself that is fine too. Total bills come to £40 per month on top of the £490 rent, however, is negotiable pending on electricity, heating, water and gas usage.
