Hello, I'm looking for a flatmate to share a spacious 2b2b apartment in the heart of Torrance. You will be taking up the bigger master bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet. Indian store, grocery stores, malls and park are all walkable, beach is 5 mins away, bus stop is right outside the apartment. Car parking is available. The complex has a gym, pool, sauna and a pleasant green community garden. The area is safe and friendly. The living room and kitchen are furnished (couch, dining table, tv, high chairs), feel free to bring your own furniture too. The master bedroom is unfurnished. I'm a very social friendly person, I like to have my own space but also would like to hang out with my roommate occasionally.
