We are looking for a vegetarian female to occupy a double room in our family home in Norbury. We are a professional family that have a busy lifestyle. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, all bills included. There is also unlimited broadband access.The kitchen has all mod cons. The tenant has a designated shelf in the fridge and 1 kitchen cupboard space. Other spaces such as the dining room, living room and garden are to be shared by all members of the household.The property has excellent transport links, with a 10 minutes walk to Nor bury rail station (zone 3, 20minutes to London Victoria and London Bridge), and great bus links to Brixton, Clap ham Common and Croydon (buses 50, 109 and 255).And also regular buses to central London.Short term rents will be considered.
