I have 1 br apt in New milford nj 07646. The area is very safe and close toshopping center. Easy commute to NYC via BUS.I have rented this for 1year lease and if you want to stay for short term is fine. Honestly, apartment is small. you can pay 100 bucks less and stay in living room with room divider(you get cheap divider on c raigslist and sell it back)I will not ask for deposit,Only female roomate, but you should keep the apartment equally clean. I am very easy going and quiet person. No lease terms nothing. Total rent of apart is 999 +electricity. you stay in living room and give me 450 +electricity and + internet. No deposit needed.
