Hi,We have a room available on immediate basis, in a 3BHK Fully furnished flat, other two rooms are occupied by 2 females. The room has attached bathroom and balcony, pictures attached. Kitchen is all equipped, so no extra items required there. The society is Ganga Carnation, opposite hard Rock Cafe one of the most posh and secured society in the area. With amenities like Gym/Swimming pool/Covered parking/24hrs running water/Inverter/Jogging park/CCTV camera and 24hrs security guards. No brokerage. Single sharing/Twin sharing both can respond to this add.Maids for Cleaning and Cooking are available, the daily needs items can be ordered over phone from the shops at the backside of the society. This society had second gate opposite to Passport Office of Pune, which has its own perks. Its 8Kms from Airport and Railway Station and Rickshaws are available at your disposal in case you don’t like Taxi drive.We are preferring working females.
