I am looking for individual professionals like IT/others or professional couple or their family. Min 6 months of stay required though 5 months could also be considered in special cases.
Ideally, I would like people for long- to be on for a year and beyond. I have been having IT professionals from Indian subcontinent most of the time (mostly vegetarians being from South) - however, I have no specific choices and all are welcome. Rent quoted above is for one person per wk on sharing basis (i.e.: sharing the room with another guy from IT from India mostly) and is inclusive of all bills though an independent room may be offered only depending on circumstances at the time of your query or your future needs. Ind (if and when available) room will come for twenty-nine dollars more i.e.:- one nine nine plus two nine. For a couple it will be two nine nine plus nineteen dollars plus twenty dollars all inclusive. New arrivals on PR are also welcome. Couple with one kid add twenty or fifty dollars more per wk [depends on which room will be available the time of your enquiry. The place is ready for occupying immediately.
If it's two friends or guys working for the same company or on the same project or coming on PR occupying the same room, the rate will be Au dollar one hundred and sixty-nine per week per head all inclusive.
