Fully furnished family sharing room available in a 2 BHK apartment to share with Indian couple( from Mumbai ). The room will be. Its exactly 5 mins to Al Nahda metro station.The flat is directly from owner so no brokerage.The rent is including dewa and wifi.I also have a master bedroom with attached bathroom available at 3500 aed inclusive of dewa and free covered parking space.I am taking this new flat so the images don't show furniture but you will get the room with bed, mattress, wardrobe, washing machine, fridge, micro wave oven, small table, chair etc.All supermarkets, union corp hyper market, gym, clinic, park very near to the apartment. Also RTA bus stop below the apartment. Al qusais park is just a building across my building. I am currently night shift so call me or whatsapp me in the evening. I will be occupying the hall with my wife.
