I've a 3 bedroom house, with a living room, family room, kitchen, finished basement, a deck, a nice fenced back yard in a great neighborhood of West Des Moines - located on the 60th and Ashworth, just a couple minute walk from, the strip mall on 60th and Ashworth, within walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and within 10 minutes of Jordan Creek mall. The room is a decent size and comes with a bed. All you have to do is bring yourself, your clothes and your kitchen utensils if you need some to cook food. The house is fully furnished, with couches in both rooms, a small dining in the kitchen as well as formal dining room, bedroom is also furnished.
