Very safe neighborhood – beautiful area to live in. 7 minute walk to London Bridge, Borough or Bermondsey tube stations. Many buses connect from just outside the flat, directly to Central London.

We're both good friends and looking for a third person to join our closely knit flat. We are looking for someone that we really get along with so that this can become a home, not just a place to sleep at.
Looking for a GIRL who is young, friendly, outgoing, clean and tidy, responsible and just generally a pleasant person to be around!

ABOUT US:
We are two girls between the ages 23-24. We’re both friendly and hardworking, who are always up for meeting new people and doing fun, adventurous things. We have both traveled and lived extensively around the world and love meeting people with the same mentality.
We enjoy hanging out together, sometimes watching downloaded TV shows together, or just chatting. But we also know when to give each other personal space.
Both of us are creative professionals – One working in textiles/fashion and the other a graphic designer for a publishing house.
The rent price includes bills and council tax. There will be a 150 pound admin/credit check fee to add you on to the contract as this will all be done through a letting agent.
