We are Indian couple occupying master bedrooom.
There is one single bedroom for one girl and one common bed room for 2 girls.
Utilities charges bills are included but if anything breaksdown or some other repair task is needed then that will be borne by occupying girl.
Fully Air Conditioned, washing machine, water heater, wireless internet, cable TV etc., down the building is part, 2 min walk to supermarket, medical clinic and 5 min walk to MRT.
