The room will be available from mid may to end august. its in university towne house which is one of the graduate housing complexes on the river campus of university of rochester. its ideal for anyone planning to do intership in or around university of rochester.
a bit about the room...it is a large room...large enough for even 2 people but it has only one bed....it has a fridge...an AC, carpeted, two lamps, one closet, 2 chairs, one side table and of course an attached bath. the kitchen is shared and we have a very large kitchen which is right infront of the room...in summers there wont be many students here so it will be all yours.
the room is at a very secure place, perhaps the most secure in rochester as it is right above the university security office...it is 2 mins walk from strong hospital and 5 mins walk from the river campus...a lot of places like CVS, macdonald''s, quiznoz, subway, hess, domino''s are literally within 30 secs of walk...just across the road
there is free parking, free internet, all utilities included in the rent...u dont have to pay a penny above 415...contact me if u r interested ...my name is Hussain.">
