I have rented a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment and am looking for a roommate. The roommate will have a private room with bathroom. The room is in a spacious luxury apartment about 1275 sq. ft. with a fully-furnished kitchen with GE appliances and in-unit washer / dryer, and brand-new carpeting. The apartment community is well-maintained, only about 3 years' old, and has central AC & heating. The place is ideal for NJ Transit commuters - the train station is a short 3-minute walk, and the bus stop right opposite the apartment. Key establishments such as Banks, Groceries, Restaurants etc. are all within a 3-5-minute walk.Water, waste, & sewage are included in the rent. Additional utilities will be gas, electricity, & covered parking (optional).The apartment has the latest air-conditioning / heating systems, and is well-insulated, ensuring reasonable utility bills even in peak winter / summer.
