The flat is located in a popular area of Purley and is a 5 min walk to Purley overground station, which has regular direct trains into London Victoria and London Bridge. There is a bus stop directly outside the flat with regular buses to Croydon, Sutton, Streatham, Addington, to name a few locations. The local area offers a range a restaurants and pubs/bars, as well as a large Tecso store within 5 mins walk.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one of which is mine. A kitchen, living room, bathroom, clockroom and a balcony. It is fully decorated and I am in the process of furnishing it.
