I've been living in this apartment for 2 years now, and I can tell you that it is a great location if you are a young working professional working in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville/Arlington. Everything is accessible via the T. Lots of places to hang out after work. Young crowd. Lively place. Well maintained apartment. Nice roommate (me!). Google the location. You don't want to pass this one. Trust me.

I'm usually busy throughout the work week with office work and part-time school stuff. I expect to come home to a clean, peaceful and relatively drama-free apartment. I don't talk a lot. I'm social and friendly. I don't expect us to be best buddies. I don't expect us to be strangers either. I respect personal boundaries and expect the same from you.
