The rest of the apartment is decently equipped. Since I am using the master bedroom and the car port, the rent will be split 60/40. You portion of the rent will be 600$ + utilities. As far as utilities goes its just cable, internet and electricity. Cable/ Internet is 45$/ month and elec runs between 15 and 30$ a month. The room is available starting the 12th of Sept. The deposit will be 350$.
