Hi All ~Accommodation available for 2 persons (male/female) in a 3 BHK 1 study fully furnished house with 1 washroom and 2 cars parking garage space on Springvale Road immediately, 5 minutes walking distance to Nunawading train station. Bus stop is outside the house and Forrest hill shopping centre 10 minutes’ walk from the house. We are a bunch of friendly boys, doing Masters in Melbourne and have completed two study terms.Rent: 450 AUD per month, Bond: 330 AUD (refundable), Shared furniture contribution: 150 AUD (refundable). Utilities and Internet bill is additional depending on usage which will be divided by 5 (less than AUD 100 per month for gas, electricity, water, unlimited NBN internet, garden maintenance). Bus stop is outside the house and Forrest hill shopping centre 10 minutes’ walk from the house.
