Rent is £68.50 Per week including bills. This covers electric, gas, water, internet and tv license. The house is equipped with all appliances including a washer and seperate dryer and has 2 bathrooms. There is also a large tv, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3 etc owned by other housemates.
Excellent location, 30 minutes walk from University Park, 10 minutes by bus. 2 Minutes from bus stop, scruffys and only 10 minutes walk from town centre.
House would be suited to either a male or female. Other housemates would be 4 boys and one girl. All are very friendly and studying a mixture of subjects.">
