I found this really awesome proper 2BR/1BA on 42nd and 11th and am looking for someone to share it with me. I want someone that is financially stable, willing to sign a lease for 13 months.
I am a mid-20s Indian male that just moved to NYC and works full-time in finance. I am clean/vegetarian and low maintenance. This building has all the amenities, including a swimming pool, gym etc.
The rent is aronud 3250/month, net effect of one month rent free in a 13 month lease. I need someone ASAP to look at the place and sign the lease. This place is available from Sep-15th.
Each of the bedrooms is 12X10 and the living room is 15X15. Please contact me only if you are financially stable/have a cosigner and are willing to be on the lease agreement.">
