The apartment gets tons of light and it is approximately 800 square feet, very well maintained and cleaned. It has high ceiling and it’s in a pre- war building. The apartment is located on the third floor.The room is about 170 square feet and it’s fully furnished: there is a queen size bed, a full set of drawers, a closet and a lamp. The room gets lots of light as well. Bed sheets and towels are provided, if you need them.I’m a full time MBA student, I’m Italian and I’m 28 years old. I’m very clean, respectful, open minded . Yet I’m definitely laid back , easy going and like to go out. I have lots of interests, such as gym, sport, travels, etc.
The apartment is available starting from May 3 for a minimum of 3months. Terms are negotiable! (There is a very little place to store your furniture!!!and also there spot down to the street for your car)You will be requested to pay 1 month in advance and a $ 500 deposit.
Utilities are about 50$ per month!
I have no pets and the payment could be done how you prefer..
