1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment starting from 1st December, 2022 in Nepean, Ottawa. You will be sharing the apartment with me and I am a working professional who is very calm and friendly. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for 2 people with an extraordinary view from the balcony. 10 min transit to Algonquin college. Excellent, safe and very calm neighborhood with all the shopping and grocery stores (including the Indian grocery store) in less than 1 kilometer by walk. Very close proximity to parks and recreational places(tennis, swimming etc). Retail and wholesale stores like Costco, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Best buy, Canada Computers and Appliances are all under 2 kms by walk. Rent is $810/month/person, and rent for the first and last months are required when moving-in(so that when you decide to move-out, you don't need to pay the last month's rent, and a move-out notice is required 2 months prior if decided to move-out). Water and Heating are included but Electricity and Wifi are not included in the rent. ($50-$60 combined (approx/person/month)). I have a couple of sofa sets placed in the living room and a microwave oven which I am willing to share happily and the refrigerator and stove are already provided by the company. Pets are least preference. Looking for a friendly and respectful individual as roommate who also gives utmost priority to cleanliness of the apartment.
