Looking for Flat Mate: Place is a 2 BHK flat. I have been staying here for more than 2 years now and sharing with one room mate . Currently I am planning to shift to other place . I am looking for salaried person. Flat has - AC , Bed , Electric Stove , Required Utensils. Its like a second home. We have got a good cook who stays nearby , manages Cleaning , Washing along with Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner. All the expenses will be shared equally with the other room mate. Expenses break up - Rent , Grocery , Cook Charges , Electricity. The place is very peaceful and inside from the highway. Transport Connectivity is too good. Place is just few minutes away from Oberoi Mall and Gokul dham market. For office goers Buses and Autos are very much available in the morning till late evening.
