This is a 2 bhk fully furnished flat at 6th floor in a complex very near city to centre 2, New town, Rajarhat. I need a working flat mate to share the other room with a separate washroom. The flat has all amenities- TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine, WIFI, shelves, AC, Sofa and all kitchen utensils. The rent is Rs 19000 including maintenance to be shared by two of us . The maid charges Rs 3000 for cooking two times a day and cleaning. Please contact me or whatsap/msg. Deposit I had already paid and there is no brokerage .
