i stay in a 20 feet x 10 feet room, double bed provided by landlord, bathroom shared with landlord , no kitchen, space to park 2 wheeler, just cook breakfast. For rest 2 meals i go out. No water problem. On week ends i go to my village. currently i pay 1800 as rent(including electric bill) but lanlord wants to increase rent. No liquor / smoking. try to keep cleanliness.
