Hi this is hemanth right now iam leasing a town house along with 2 others but have plans to move out next month due to my family members moving to this place want to stay with them , other 2 people are also working professionals, the rooms is in the ground floor(private room) with attached bathroom , back yard and just out side the room we have washer and dryer room and the kitchen and common hall is in 1st floor it’s fully furnished, let me know if your interested and the rent is 950$ per month excluding utilities (utilities shared by 3 people living in the house). All 3 of us living here are in the lease and current lease is until July and other 2 people are interested to extend it. We can transfer the lease from my name to yours if your willing to move.
