I am a 25 year old looking for a roommate to rent a room in a 1 bedroom or two Bedroom apt starting August 1st or September 1st. Looking for long-term candidate. Utilities include Internet, Heat/ Hot water, Housekeeping, and laundry, parking is available. I have 1 bedroom available in my apartment for $575 and a 1 bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment for $663 on McLean Street, underground parking extra. The apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances.I just recently moved into my first apartment and I am starting from scratch so the room is not furnished. Individuals interested must have own furniture. The area is close to Point Pleasant Park, Superstore, Sobeys, and Dal University, Barrington. Within walking distance to Spring Garden and bus routes. No pets aloud. I am looking for a responsible, quiet/clean roommate female preferred. Security deposit required.
