I'm a working professional, female. I am renting a 2 br apartment, sparsely furnished for now, as I just moved in. (Pics will be sent after a brief chat)The apartment has a dining table, dish washer and a refrigerator.There is Wifi (I subscribed to it), and TV;no cable channels. The room has a window, attached bathroom and a small walk-in closet.1 minute drive to a supermarket and a park.Great amenities in the surrounding areas. (apartment is around the old battleground park area)The room does not have furniture currently. If you have your own bed and furniture, Great!, you can occupy the second room. If you don't have your own furniture, let me know.The apartment has inbuilt washer and dryer. Prefer no pets. If you have a service animal, I'll consider.Carpeted house, hence the shoes you wear when you are outside the house, you can't wear it inside. You can wear your home footwear, in the house.I will ONLY rent the room out to a female. Not smoke nor do I drugs. Social Drinker. The rental, $350 + $80 for amenities (water, electricity) - for a 1 year stay.A $350 deposit is required.If it is a short term like 3 months to 6 months: it will be $500 ( Depostit $500).There is no designated parking, you can park in any unnumbered lot.
