My girlfriend is going to be moving in with me in decemeber, so there will be another person in the house around that time. That must not bother you. The apartment is an old house. Its split up into three different apartments and we have the entire upstairs. Its in a great, quiet, and safe location. In downtown Gainesville. Right off Greenstreet. A wonderful respectful location. And right across from Brenau University. Shared bathroom, but you get your own room. Washer and Dryer in the apartment, and fully applianced kitchen. You will have your own key. And a small walk-in closet. But unfortunatly the closet is located right outside of the room. Nice big bathtub. The house is a little old, and you can tell but its still clean. Freshly cleaned carpet througout the whole place. Freshly painted walls. Very well kept up.
It is near many places. Only a street or two over from the square in Gainesville. Which has Seabones, a restuarant, and a Marketplace and a coffee shop and so much more. Near almost every bank you can think of. A small mall, called Lakeshore mall. Target, wal-mart, publix, kroger, ingles, zaxbys, subway, dairy queen, mcdonalds, j&j foods, quiznos, hotels, police station, court house, best buy, panera bread, taco bell, krystals, checkers, car washes, churches chicken, burger king, small airport, North East Georgia Medical Center. AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!!!
Need to have a good experiance with jobs, and hopefully transportation. If not that will be alright. But you have to be able to pay every rent in full. And I need a $150 deposit to show you are able to pay. $350 is half the rent and utilites so its not a lot, and very fair. Basically everything is shared.
I like to play video games like crazy, and use to work at a gaming store for over a year. So if you like to play video games thats a definate plus, and if you have a 360 then your deffinatly in. ;) haha. I can tell you more about me and my girlfriend in an email.
