We are professionals/students and have been in this house for 4 years. There is a Double Room available in our property for rent as two of our friends have returned back after completing their studies. The entire house belongs to us and we all live like a family. There are no restrictions and every person is allowed to live their life freely.
We buy groceries together and share the expenses equally like a Hostel Mess system. Each one staying has to take part in cleaning of the house once in a week and trust me it is very easy to clean when everyone does it together. We are very particular about personal and communal hygiene and expect our new house mates to be same.
The Kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Oven, Hotplates, toaster, grinder, fridge, Deep freezer etc. Washing Machine with dryer is available and there is place behind for hanging clothes.
The bathroom has toilet, bath tub and heating rail.
The room offered has lots of storage space and a big wardrobe.
The House rent is shared equally by all members and the room offered will cost £500 per month (£250/Person) if any person wants to take the room as a single occupant then it will cost £490 per month. The high speed wifi is available.
The electricity and Gas bill comes once in 3 months and it cost an average £30-60 per person.
Our house is 3 minutes walk from the Hanger Lane station (Central Line) zone 3 and is away from the main road (No traffic noises). The nearest bus stop is 2 min walk. Our street has a very good credit rating and most of the neighbouring houses are landlords and have been living here with their families for years.
We will have a special preference for students (we understand how tough it is for students to get a place to stay and we too have struggled before finding this house) however working professionals are also welcome. The rent is always paid in advance by us.
