Im a flight instructor and Aviation technology student at Metro state denver. This apartment is located in the breakers resort apartment living gated community and has all the needs like gym,pool, club house with bar and more...I have been living for 5 months but in a different apartment.I just leased this one this week, the apartment has microwave,oven,fridge,dish washer,fire place. and has no furniture as of now...Im slowly getting the things needed in the apartment. As for you...you will have you own bed room with walk in closet and a bath right next to it and you can use any thing you see. Before you make a decision, I want you to come and see the place for yourself and can discuss about other things.
