We are three people living in a 3 BHK at Naraina Vihar. The 3 bedrooms have an attached bathroom each. The apartment is a spacious 1500 sqft, with modern construction, marble flooring, a big terrace and a nice balcony at the front. One of our flatmates is moving out towards the end of April. The house is furnished with a luxury leather sofa set in the living room and your room has a wardrobe and a mattress. Plus, you get a free computer desk which our previous roommate is leaving behind !!!
The place is minutes walk from PVR Naraina and has very easy access from the Ring road as well as the Metro station (nearest stop is Shadipur). The location is very central: CP-20 mins, South Delhi-15 mins, Gurgaon-30 mins. A big advantage is that the landlord doesn't stay in the building and thus we have no interference. We have a servant at home who not only takes care of the house, but also cooks very good food. Basically, you just have to move in with your clothes!">
