Experience luxury living in private gated community conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale Airport. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath town house in a private secure gated community at the villas of Harbor Isle.. There is community pool and gathering area. I am the owner and live in Philadelphia, PA. I like to spend couple months a years there and reserve one room in the first floor. Upstairs have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom and bathroom I can rent for 1300 and the other room and bathroom for $1150. If you know 2 singles who like to share a place where the owner may only stay for max of 2 months, this is the perfect space that is economical and luxury living. I am coming down there in January to paint and spruce up and furnish. I will furnish the Living room and Dining room with a TV in LR. The upstairs will not be furnished so that tenants can bring their bedroom furniture. The kitchen will be fully stocked with cooking utensils. Share kitchen and general area but private bedroom and bathroom.
