I am looking for a responsible, clean and tidy female roommate to renew my lease in this spacious (1,152 Sq.Ft) 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in a luxurious sought after community (Berkshires at Citrus Park). The apartment has expansive walk-in closets, pantries, and additional storage space and an in house washer-dryer.This quiet and beautiful community has an excellent management staff (the best I have seen!), a private lake with a gazebo, gated access, a car wash and ample parking space. It's located right across Walmart and Publix is less than mile away, Citrus Mall (1.5 mile) and 15 mins away from the airport.The rent including the community trash removal fee and the water-sewer bill will be around 950.(EB and Internet are excluded but its approx 100$ per month which can be split between us)If you need an amazing apartment w/ all these amenities at an affordable price this is the perfect place for you!
