I am looking for individual professionals like IT/others or professional couple or their family. Min 6 months of stay reqd though 5 months could also be considered in special cases. Rent quoted above is for independent room and is inclusive of all bills except gas & energy of $19/wk together. Rent on a sharing basis like for two friends or staff from the same company working on the same project etc (ie: sharing the room with another guy from IT from India mostly) occupying the master bedroom in the house will be $179/wk per person all inclusive. This is a master bedroom I have to spare besides the above. The suburb has reasonable Indian grocery shops. Std terms and condition apply. New arrivals incldg couples on PR are also welcome. The rate for couples will be the same as for two friends but if staying longer than six months, a 10% roll back may be considered after 12 weeks of stay.
