The house features 3 large bedrooms (1 of which is to be rented), a lounge, kitchen with meals area and front and rear gardens.
All utilities connected (electricity, water,gas, braodband, cable TV, telephone). Utilities run upto 80$ extra per month.
House is on the prestigious Burke Road in Hawthorn, one of the best areas in town, just up the street from Camberwell junction and Burke Road shops.
Tram stop outside the house and 8 mins walk to the train station. 20 min train ride to the city.
House & kitchen are fully equipped and furnished. Room is not. A wardrobe can be provided.
Rooms are massive unlike most houses in melbourne, the house has a large bathroom with all the facilities. The house has polished floorboard and front and rear large garden areas.
Adjoint locked garage which can park 2 cars or be used to store stuff.
Looking for someone who knows how to enjoy but at the same time is responsible and non-intrusive. MUST be clean and hygenic. Will be sharing with housemates who are working professionals and music, sports, friends coming over and outings form a big part of the house.
