Hi,We are a bunch of four roommates living in a big house in Medford. Our roommate is moving out and we are looking for a fourth roommateOurselves: 2 Physical therapists, one doctor. Professionally busy. We like to stay together while giving each other the much needed privacy.The house: Four bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a large living area. It is a two storey house with ample living space.We tend to keep the house neat and keep the common area clean. Chores (Cleaning the stovetop, bathroom, taking out the trash etc) are equally divided.Location: Medford, Close to station landing (a very happening area with many restaurants). Ten minute walk to Stop and Shop. Five minutes to CVS and Walgreens. Major stores like Kohl's, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Staples are walking distance. Ten minute walk/five minute bus ride to nearest T stop (Wellington) on the orange lineRent: 450$ per person + utilities (Internet, heat and electricity).Do let us know if you are interested in being a part of our house,Best,P
