Hi, I have 2 rooms starting Sep 1st 2010 in an awesome really huge 3bed,1 living room, 1 large kitchen and 1.5 bath apt that is 10mins walk to the Harvard Sq T stop, its also exactly opposite to the 86 bus stop. I just rented this place and would be occupying 1 bed room out of the 3. the monthly rent includes heat and hot water and is $800/room. rooms are big and can be single($800/mo) or double($350/mo) occupancy depending on your choice and budget. call me if interested.">
