Some family issues have come up and I''m moving closer to home so I really need someone to take over my lease. You decide everything--floor plan, roommate (if you choose to have one), and what kind of meal plan you would like to have at Dobie. Dobie Center is a privately owned housing facility right on campus without the hassle of a university owned and operated dorm. There are no curfews and the atmosphere is more laid back than university housing. It''s a great place to live for students at the University of Texas or Austin Community College. The rooms are fully furnished and all utilities are paid. Dobie also has its own cafeteria, workout room, computer lab with free printing, pool and hot tub and also a mall downstairs complete with movie theater. The Dobie Center website has pictures and a description of prices according to floor plan and meal plan. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in taking over my lease.
