Near new, beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 floor home, private room/bath with two single beds, free access to kitchen and rest of home, beautiful ocean views from surrounding deck, two minute walk to beach, near restaurants, shops, vineyards, woods, and public transport; washer, high-speed internet, television, garden, yard, security, all utilities included in price. 35 minutes by high-speed ferry to central Auckland. This is a non-smoking home but you are welcome to smoke outside.
