I will be graduating and leaving Boston by December so my 2 indian roommates are looking for a 3rd girl to move in our nice apartment downtown from January 1.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern furnished kitchen and living room.
I will leave in my room a full-size bed, two small wooden dressers, one large four-drawer plastic chest, one desk-lamp, one floor lamp and a bunch of plastic boxes and hangers.
You also would have one big closet at your disposal out of your room.
Very safe area at all times, Concierge 24/7, Laundry facility on the same floor.
NE Medical Center T station (Orange Line), restaurants and YMCA right across the street.
Suffolk University, Emerson College and Tufts only a few minutes far by walk.
One of my roommates is a Suffolk undergrad and one studies at Tufts.
Rent for the room is $700, all utilities included except electricity and wireless.
Pets are not allowed.
