Hello. I am Shirsha Roy. I am a 21 year old male. I am an incoming Master's student at LMU. I will be studying Molecular and Cellular Biology. I will be coming to Munich in the starting of October and my classes start from 17th October 2022. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am looking for an accomodation preferably near a U6 station as my campus is in Martinsreid. I would like to rent for 2 years, which is the duration of my course but I will attend offers with 1 year renting options. My preference is for a studio apartment in the range of 800-1000 euros (warm rent, inclusive of all utilities), as I have another friend who would be living with me. If there's an offer for a single room, my budget is 400-500 euros warm. Looking forward to getting some leads. Thanking you.
