Hi,This is Mansha how are you? I am looking for a friendly and a working professional female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartmen..I have a fully furnished room available from November 1,2021.It is located at 45B Elmwood Avenue,Dartmouth,Nova Scotia.This location is close to sobey's,no frill's, shopper's drug mart and a few restaurants as well.The bus stuff is just 2-3 mins walk from the apartment.The room comes with a queen sized bed, mirror,coffee table, study table and chair.The rent is $525 including heat and water.Utilities will be shared (electricity and wifi) which is $90 for each person.The kitchen, living room and washroom will be sharing.No smoking is allowed.If you hav any questions or want to see any pictures
