Hi,I have a single room available in a 2bedroom apartment for a girl from Sept 1st, 2021 in Downtown Halifax for a month-month lease. It’s a lease transfer and there could be a possibility for mid-August as well. The room is currently fully furnished for additional cost with a Queen bed, study table & comfortable office chair, lamp and side table($350 non-negotiable). The rent is $1388 for the entire unit to be split between the two roommates including all utilities (Heat, Water, Electricity), Wi-Fi & Tenant Insurance. The damage deposit is $305. I am also open to have a discussion for addition of a third roommate in the family room as it is huge and almost separate. I am a Graduate Student at Dal; quiet, mature and very clean personality, I would expect the same from my prospective roommate. To avoid any future hassles, a mutually agreed upon roommate contract will be signed. Please let me know if you would be interested.Note: We are looking for someone to buy the existing furniture to prevent pests from coming into the apartment. Parking is available in the building for additional cost.
