I have a fully furnished room available in the basement in a huge beautiful 5 bedroom Single family home in Bear DE. It is a 15-20 mins drive to Bank of america and Chase in Newark, DE and 15-20 mins drive to Elkton, MD. It is also very close to Siemens in Newark. It is a very safe and secured community. The room is huge size and has a bed with a mattress, Night stand, computer table and a huge spacious closet. It’s a 5 Bedroom 2.5 bath house and I stay here with my family. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom is shared. Rent is $475 and that includes all utilities. There is no lease to sign. I am ok with short term or long term stay. There is no public transportation so you will have to have your own car to commute.Please call or email me if you are interested.
