The room is available from November 1st, 2020. The lease is being renewed then. The rent right now is $1020 split in half ($510). Utilities come to about $60 for internet and electric about $40 that will be split in half. My roommate will be leaving at the end of October. He works remotely and is willing to move out of Rochester early if somebody wants his room. So if your requirement is earlier than November 1st, let me know!The Rustic apartments have all the amenities most people need. Very clean with lots of greenery.
